What People Are Saying

Our experience with PGPF Resources in selling our royalties was exceptional, specifically with Cameron *******. The transaction from start to completion was professional, honest, and efficient. His communication and follow-up was excellent, i.e., not only did he keep us informed and up to date on all aspects of the transaction but he made himself available for questions at any time. I literally don't think the transaction could have been any smoother. Thank You Cameron.”

★★★★★

We highly recommend PGPF as a reliable and competitive company to work with when considering purchasing/selling mineral rights. We worked directly with Cameron D and he exemplified professionalism, prompt communication and extensive industry knowledge. He was responsive, provided answers to our abundant questions, and worked tirelessly to achieve our best interest. His offers were competitive with the fluctuating market and he was willing to negotiate and appease multiple family members. His attitude was always positive and friendly and we completed our transactions with everyone extremely satisfied. Thank you Cameron.”

★★★★★

“I am a probate lawyer who recently represented a family in a transaction with PGPF following the death of a family member. Cameron was very straightforward and knowledgeable, and appears on top of his game. It is a pleasure to do business with people like this who are prompt, careful and follow through with everything in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail.

Our Process

1. Talk to us and let us perform a deep-dive into your holdings.

The first call is an opportunity to ask questions, exchange information, and share your goals.

By the end of our first call, we will have all the information we need to make an offer.

2. Receive your offer and decide if it makes sense to sell.

We understand that the decision to sell is largely a matter of life circumstances.

It doesn’t make sense for everyone to sell, and we know that.

For a lot of people, it does make sense to sell.

When the time is right, we are here to be your trusted partner of choice.

3. Put cash in your hands after a quick and easy closing process.

When we make offers, they come in the form of a “Purchase and Sale Agreement” (PSA).

Our goal is to make the PSA as simple and straightforward as possible, and we encourage you to review it thoroughly before accepting your offer.

Once you decide to accept your offer, you will sign the PSA and send it back to us.

The rest is on us!

After receiving the signed PSA, we will review the local courthouse records to confirm your ownership. This usually takes about 30 days.

Once ownership is confirmed, we exchange the full funds for a signed and notarized deed. We can do this in person, at place of your convenience, or remotely via direct bank wire.

4. Reinvest and live your best life.

We always encourage people to consider reinvesting their proceeds into other income producing investments.

If you don’t know where to start, we can point you to professionals whose job and purpose is to help you reinvest, plan, and build a secure future for you and your family.

Guarantees

When we close the transaction, you will never have to deliver us the deed until the money is sitting in your bank account. If preferred, we will happily travel to your home town and meet you in person to deliver the funds and complete the paperwork.

If title records suggest that you own less than you thought, you will always have the ability to walk away from the transaction. We will never try to force you to sell for a single dollar less than a mutually agreed upon price.

Why sell now?

Diversify your holdings.

If you have a high concentration of your wealth tied up in a small handful of properties, it may make sense for you to diversify your holdings.

Investors are making big bets! Consider reducing your exposure and letting investors take the risk.

If an investor is willing to make the assumption that numerous wells will be drilled in the future, and if they are willing to pay you a substantial amount for that production today (well in advance of actual drilling), why would you not consider reducing your exposure?
